Love & Creativity – Holding Space for the Right One
Sarina Freincle
February has a way of slowing me down just enough to reflect..
February always pulls me into reflection—on love, alignment, and the spaces I’ve intentionally built for myself. As a creative, love isn’t just romance; it’s about energy, rhythm, and who I allow into my world. I’ve designed a life that is full—full of passion, ambition, art, and purpose. There is no space for anything that doesn’t nourish me.
Love, for me, is no longer about just finding someone. It’s about choosing, with intention and wisdom, who gets access to the most sacred parts of my life. Not everyone deserves a front-row seat. And that’s not arrogance—that’s discernment.
As a creative, love cannot exist in chaos. It cannot thrive in inconsistency or a lack of understanding. My art, my businesses, and my spirit—all require deep intentionality. I can’t afford to be in spaces where I have to explain why I’m up at 3 AM sketching ideas or why my mind drifts into colors and textures mid-conversation. The right love will recognize that my creativity isn’t a pastime—it’s my essence.
As I step into March, I am ready for love—but not just any love. The love I allow in must be expansive, not restrictive. Supportive, not envious. Rooted in mutual respect, not control. I am protecting my peace, my purpose, and my passions.
So here’s to a season of deep discernment. To make space only for what is in alignment. To welcoming love that complements rather than complicates. To know that being full doesn’t mean being closed off—but it does mean being intentional about who I open up to.
Because my life is art. And the love I accept must be worthy of the masterpiece I am creating.
As you navigate your own journey of love and creativity, ask yourself—are you making space for what truly serves you? Are you protecting your energy and aligning with what fuels your growth?
